1. Acceptance of Terms & Overview
Welcome to Lumin Finanças! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lumin Finanças mobile application and related web properties provided by Lumin Interactive.
Operated by individual controller in Brazil: Luiz Fernando dos S. Lima.
By creating an account or accessing the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Personal Finance Software — Not a Financial Institution
Lumin Finanças is strictly a personal finance management and organization software tool:
- We are NOT a bank, broker, credit union, or financial custodian.
- We do NOT hold custody of your funds, execute money transfers, or provide certified financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
- Autopilot projections, Safe-to-Spend limits, and Lumin AI suggestions are informational estimates only.
3. Plans, Subscriptions, & Billing
- Mobile In-App Purchases: All mobile subscriptions and transactions are processed directly by the Google Play Store (Google LLC) or Apple App Store (Apple Inc.).
- Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period through your Google Play Store or App Store account settings.
- Refunds: Handled in accordance with store policies and mandatory consumer protection rights (including statutory 7-day right of withdrawal for Brazilian consumers under CDC Art. 49).
